Born from the waves of Lima, Peru, Tropicana Bowls was created to bring the energy of the beach, the spirit of adventure, and a passion for healthy living to every community we serve.
Founded by Diego Calderon in 2022, Tropicana Bowls began with handcrafted recipes inspired by the beaches, flavors, and tropical lifestyle that shaped his childhood. What started as a small delivery operation quickly grew into a vibrant brand dedicated to serving fresh açaí bowls, smoothies, and unforgettable tropical vibes.
Today, our iconic Tiki Surfer Truck travels across Connecticut, bringing a taste of the tropics to festivals, workplaces, schools, and special events. Every bowl we serve is a reminder of where we came from and our mission to create moments of happiness, wellness, and connection.
